Most of these cases are due to the shifting of solar plexus
called Nabhi Chakra in Ayurvedic medicine system. It is the centre of nervous
system in abdominal area which controls the digestion and excretory system of
the body. It can be felt by slight pressure of the thumb, just behind the naval
in throbbing motion, if it is in its right place.
If it is shifted up, down, or
side ways the throbbing can not be felt, and this results in various problems
in the abdomen including constipation, gastric symptoms, acidity, ulcers,
vomiting of food taken, chest pain in some cases even serious problems like
diabetes, hypertension, malfunction of liver, pancreas and even cancer.
There is no diagnostic technique in the modern medical
science as yet, to check the correctness of the Solar plexus. The patient suffering from any of the above
problem in spite of medication, may not get the desired results till their
solar plexus is checked and set right. The persons with disturbed solar plexus
pass stool after a gap, ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks, while many resort to
laxative taking habit.
In these cases the patient should set the solar plexus
first, take half teaspoon of trifala churan, followed by
a glass of slightly warm water in the morning. After this they may go for a walk or
do jogging at home. Very soon there system becomes normal and they would pass
stool daily as a routine. If the stool is hard they should interlock their
fingers and rub the palms against each other or give slight pressure on their
chin so that the stool will come out without straining. Never strain while
passing stool as it would result in prolapsed rectum and bleeding piles.
